We are getting close!
More and more the media is pushing the Summer Olympic Games. We hope you are almost ready to get there yourselves. Barb and I leave Tuesday next week, and we will see most of you the Monday after that - July 29!
Most of you should have received your shirts by now. If for any reason, you have not, PLEASE let us know. We shipped out the last of the orders today after picking them up this morning. If the shirt does not fit - please bring it anyway and we will see if we can trade around to make sure everyone is as happy as possible. We will bring a few extra in the larger sizes. Please pray that as we go through customs, Barb and my bags will not draw extra interest from the duty officers that could require import taxes.
Preparation
I hope you have download the booklet we will be using. Please read it about every other day between now and your arrival. This will greatly help you in the heat of sharing the gospel.
Pray every day to the Lord of the Harvest to lead you to His harvest. Ask as many people as you can to pray with us!
Check again that your passport is valid until at least February 7, 2025.
Exercise
If you can, please get out and walk 10,000 steps a day to help you get in shape for this event. You may not walk that much, but it will help you if you are in a group that does walk a lot. Some days you may not walk much at all, but other days you may be in a group that covers a big area. We are arranging to rent a van for a shuttle service to and from the Orsay train station to Clarte Dieu.

Flights
It is common to have flights or arrival times change. Don't stress it. When you can, please let us know and we will make note of it so we can meet you when you do arrive. We have a number of people arriving between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm, and other group arriving between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. We will endeavor to meet and escort these larger groups to the train and on to Orsay. One couple is arriving later in the evening--we will try to have someone there to meet you as well.
Waiting There For Us
We are thankful that the booklets are already waiting for us at Clarte Dieu. We're looking forward to distribute as many of the 75,000 copies as we can!
