Time for an update on the happenings, opportunities and coming events for Sports Event Evangelism. Our first newsletter raised a lot of interest from people around the world. Since April of this year we have been able to work more at establishing and strengthening this ministry. We hope you enjoy this newsletter and will pray with us that God would supply through some, and that He would move others to join us.

The survey trip Matt took in May was wonderful, and yet it left a lot of questions unanswered. As a reminder, he traveled for two weeks to Moscow/St Petersburg, Russia (where the 2018 FIFA World Cup event will be held), and to Tokyo, Japan (where the 2020 Summer Olympic Games will be held). Contacts were made in both places. God is amazing at bringing His people together at the right time and the right place. Many logistical challenges have already been addressed, but there is still lots more work to be done. There are still large concerns about Russia and the willingness of the government. We may have found a couple of great contacts for housing and storage for our booklets - this is bigger than we can express in words. Please pray that Matt will be able to develop appropriate contacts required for this 2018 outreach event.

| We recently held our second Annual General Meeting. It was encouraging to praise God for all He has done and the opportunities ahead of us. While our application for 501(c)(3) status is just weeks away from being filed, we are asking God for help to cover the almost $1000 fees for filing. Any donations will be tax deductable in the year our tax exempt status is granted. We would also like to travel around Northern California and Oregon in 2018 to raise more awareness of this ministry and better raise supporting partners for the ministry. As such, we would like to use a truck and travel trailer/fifth wheel to move from city to city at a much lower cost than motels. The use of these items, or donation of them to this ministry, would also be a tax deduction under our rules of incorporation and the IRS code. A Confirmed New Partner
Many of you may know of Chris Brown and Technology Ministry Network. We are very excited to announce that this ministry has agreed to partner with us and travel with our groups, as God supplies, in order to assist in our technology needs. In the future we hope to even provide TV coverage or other video commentary for our workers to enjoy in their down time. |

Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup Outreach
We need God's supply for the cost of printing booklets for these games. We ask that you would pray about assisting with the $12,000 we need for printing and shipping. By writing our own booklets that specifically target soccer fans, we can save a lot of money and get a better product that allows MUCH better follow-up. FIFA World Cup 2018, Russia
Russia has declared their intent to allow all people with a match ticket to visit their country for the FIFA 2018 World Cup. This is fantastic news! It can be very hard to travel in Russia, and this open door is a great blessing.
Probably no more than 12 will be going to this event as it is much more
physically challenging with long distance travel between venues for
outreach. We currently have six spots confirmed as taken, so we need to hear from you if you are interested in coming with us. We can also send you a list of matches we plan to target for evangelism with the cities and dates if you click the link below.
